What it's actually made of
316L surgical stainless steel. The gold version is electroplated with real 18K gold — a finish, not solid gold. Low-nickel, so it won't irritate his skin or leave a green mark.

If it isn't right
If it arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 30 days and we replace it free. If your address was wrong and the package comes back to us, tell us the correct one and we reship it — you cover the second shipping charge.

We engrave exactly what you type — capitals, accents, nicknames and all. We don't correct spelling or guess what you meant. There is no spell-check on a necklace, so read the names back once before you order.
Your confirmation email shows the exact text we received. If something is wrong, email us within 12 hours and we fix it free, before it goes to engraving.
If the engraving doesn't match what you typed, send a photo and we remake it free.
