Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Every order is produced and shipped from our fulfillment facility in the United States. Nothing ships from overseas.

How long it takes

Production. 2 to 3 business days for message-card pieces, 3 to 5 business days for engraved and personalized pieces. Production does not run on weekends and begins the next business day after your order is placed.

Shipping. 2 to 5 business days by USPS Standard ($5.99), or 1 to 2 business days by FedEx Priority ($11.99). You choose at checkout.

Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days.

Holiday deadlines

Order by December 10 for standard delivery before Christmas. Order by December 17 for priority delivery.

Canada and international

We ship to Canada (4 to 8 days, $9.70) and internationally (3 to 10 days, $9.22). Customs duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If your order contains more than one item, the items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

If it does not arrive

If your tracking has not moved in 7 days, or your package is marked delivered and is not there, contact us. We will replace it.
