Refund policy

30 days from delivery, unworn and in the original packaging. Contact us and we'll send return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the item.

Personalized and engraved items

These are made for one person and cannot be resold, so we do not accept returns on them for a change of mind. Here is what we do instead:

• The engraving does not match what you typed. Send us a photo and we remake it free. No return needed.
• It arrived damaged or defective. Send us a photo within 30 days and we replace it free.
• You typed the name wrong. Tell us within 12 hours of ordering and we correct it at no charge, before it goes to engraving. After production has started we will still remake it once at half price.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order for a full refund until production starts. For personalized pieces that is usually within 12 hours of ordering.

Wrong or incomplete address

If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we reship it once you give us the corrected address. You cover the second shipping charge.
