By placing an order on this store you agree to these terms. We may update them; the version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

2. Who we are

Carry My Love sells personalized jewelry and gift items online. Our products are produced and shipped from a fulfillment facility in the United States.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

5. Personalization

We engrave and print exactly the text you enter. You are responsible for the spelling, capitalization and accuracy of what you submit. Our Engraving Policy sets out your window to correct a mistake and what we do if the error is ours. By submitting personalization text you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights.

6. Product descriptions

We describe our materials as accurately as we can. Our pieces are 316L stainless steel, with gold-finished pieces electroplated in 18K gold. They are not solid gold. Photographs and lifestyle images are illustrative; the product you receive is the one described in the product page text.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, card designs and other content on this store belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
