Your tracking number

We email you a tracking number the moment your order ships — usually 2 to 5 business days after you order, because each piece is made after you place it.

Check your spam folder before anything else. Shipping notifications land there more often than any other email we send.

If tracking shows nothing yet

A tracking number can take 24 to 48 hours to start showing scans after it is created. That is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

If your order has more than one item

Items are made separately and may ship in separate packages on different days. You'll get a tracking number for each one.

If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days

Contact us with your order number. We'll open a trace with the carrier and, if the package is gone, we remake and reship it free.

If it says delivered and it isn't there

Check with anyone else at the address and look around entrances — small packages get tucked away. If it still hasn't turned up after 24 hours, contact us and we'll replace it.
